Have you ever gotten to a show and forgot to bring a Futurity Placing Form??? We have too!!!
We are excited to announce the new online submission form available in the Futurity section of the FORMS page on our website. You can enter up to 4 animals for each submission and the Show Superintendent/Representative only has to e-sign once! When you are finished, it comes directly to our office. All guidelines still apply regarding the verification of placings and the form must be submitted to the CDC office within 21 days of the show.
